Manage Router from Browser with Limited Functionality

Does anybody know of a software, or a good way to manage a router from the browser with limited functionality.

We have some hotspots and we need to protect them from a Tier 1 support technician from making mistakes like deleting profiles or even the hotspot itself. We’re looking to give them basic functionality like manager users, bindings, pools, etc.
