Managinig IP address for clients

Hi. I’m new in MikroTik and I’m starting a wisp project. I have an AP developed using an RB333. All my clients have MikroTik 411. At the moment my RB333 setup is giving to all clients private IP address in the range 10.34.0.2-10.34.0.250.
All is working fine.
But now I’ve a public IP address pool and I need to know:
How to assign by DHCP some one IP public address to selected clients ?
How to assign a fixed IP public address to ether1 RB333 port ?

There are multiple ways to handle this issue.

  1. 1 to 1 NAT
  2. Segregating the Static traffic
  3. Double NATing the statics (kind of spoofing the traffic)
  4. PPPoE for the Static traffic (or some other VPN)
  5. Flat bridge all your traffic

There are more option then these.
