We have just upgrade from 6.7 to 6.28 in the log we see mangle rule changed and route changed constantly.This was not happening on 6.7.
Any help appreciated

Here we have a screen grab of the Mikrotik making rule changes and route changes on it’s own accord (totally unprovoked and random):
As regards the Mangle rules, we have no scripts to create, alter or delete mangle rules. The Mikrotik appears to be stuck in replaying a certain subset of instructions. Often we would disable a static route to find that hour later it would re-enable the route without any human intervention.
