Does anybody know if it is possible to have multiple search strings or wildcards in the mangle content rules.
EG I want to search for youtube,googlevideo without having to create 2 separate rules.

I’d say no. I do that to block those very same sites and as you can tell, there are no common strings between youtube and googlevideo 
Go with 2 rules.
Be careful though; wanting to block the YouTube app, I wound up blocking other sites. Still not sure how or why !!??!?!
