i’ve received Mikrotik newsletter and i’ve noticed that MANT30 antenna has a NETMETAL attached on the back with 3 flexguides coming out and connected to the antenna (actually 2 on the same connector).
How does it work this version, is a 3x3 MIMO?

It’s an advertisement. Notice that there are also no power cables and no ethernets. Wireless power? Why not
