I used mantbox 15 ax with sxt 5 Ax s a CPE but i get signal between -70 And -80 when I front of the tower about 300 m
Hi,
What is your question then?
Are there any other antennas on the tower?
Are AP & CPE aligned properly?
What are their settings?
my question why I get bad signal between -70 And -80 when I front of the tower about 300 m
Although we should get about 15 to 20 km?
no just mantbox and their aligned properly
ap for mantbox and superchannel band 5 and 20/40 ce
station or station bridge for sxt 5 ax
When you are that close to the tower, you may need to tilt the antenna down (when the tower is high).
Remember such sector antennas transmit a thin “pancake” of signal, it may go over your head when you are that close.
can anyone share the full setup for mantbox 15 ax and sxt 5 ax, maybe I lost some config
It would be better if you send your configs to be verified.
country : superchannel
band: 5GHz AX
channel width: 20/40 MHz
frequency: 5540
dfs: disabled
By configuration, it is meant the FULL output of /export command (edited/anonymized), instructions here:
The most interesting of course is the tx-power= configuration (or antenna-gain when a real country code would be used).
Probably more useful is a description of the installation. How high is that tower relative to the client and is there anything between them (trees or buildings). Is the antenna properly mounted (tilted towards the client)?
