many disconnections

Hi guys
The debug log is helping us alot, but ive got a ongoing disconnect issue.
Maybe some one had a issue like this and resolved it.
We are about 5 clients all using mikrotik rb and connecting to a rb333 ap. one of our previous clients thats no longer connected to the ap
causes alot of deauth: class 2 frames, and excessive data losses on the ap.
His mac still pops up on the aps log, his mac has been disabled in the connect list, the thing is when a client does an alighnment that mac appears in the scan list,the same 1 thats trying to connect to the Ap.
and I know that 1 is the cause of our disconnects.
Any advice would be appreciated.

show us your debug log output, and also what do you have in your registration table at the AP? what are the signal levels of the clients? how many are there ?

Why is entry #1 for MAC 00:0C:42:31:A1:9B disabled in the Access List? Enable it.

Also, the message “data from unknown device” means that client is trying to send data without authenticating. maybe malfunction in the client. restart it.
