mAP 2n PoE not working with Cisco Switches

Hello,

I just got a brand new mAP 2n , this thing is tiny , well per the spec sheet " It is very portable, since it accepts power from a wide variety of sources - USB, Passive or Active PoE (802.3af and 802.3at) " but it is not powering on at all, the cisco switch does not even provide an error, I have connected this to a 3560G, 3560X and 6509E

am I missing something ? should not this be powered up with any standard 802.3af ? If I use a power injector works fine.

Can this be powered up by a cisco switch ?

i know motorola/canopy reverses polarity im not shure about cisco. brown and blue pair is switched in this case this applays to 100mbit. gb im not shure how poe works
