mAP 2nd PoE out Problem

Hi!

im new to mikrotik forum so i dont really know if im at the right place …

i bought a mAP2 to replace my u-installer (ubnt) that keep failing …
i setup the mAP’s eth2 interface poe option to “Forced on” and im trying to power on a UBNT radio (nbe-5ac-19)

the spec of the mAP say it can deliver 0.5A output … and the NBE need 0.5 so why isnt powering on ??

i tried the provided power supplie and it work … but its not working with USB 5v 2A …

Ubiquiti needs 24V for powering. And all Mikrotiks able of PoE out deliver same voltage as supplied, they don’t adjust voltage (essentially power is pass-through). If you powered mAP with 5V, then PoE out would be 5V …

And supplied power adapter is 24V, which suits Ubiquiti just fine.
