Hello Everyone.
Please be kind, I probably shouldn’t be here…
.
I’m trying to do the following to set up a static IP address on the LAN side of the AP and have a DHCP server on the WLAN side of the AP.
The DHCP server needs only a limited address range of 4 addresses, and the AP needs to run in the 192.168.1/ range.

I have tried to do this myself and had a technician from UK distributor Linitx remote in and try for me. It seems we can’t create a route from the LAN to the WLAN.

I don’t think I’m asking the world here, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Start by exporting your current configuration and post it here so we can see what you did so far. Just remove sensitive information like public IP etc.

Just to be clear this device is both your router and access point, or simply an access point downstream from the ISP router?
