mAP lite config

Hello,
I need help with setting up this device - mAP lite.
Did some testing and I needed to reset the device. After that, I could not connect to device with ethernet cable via Winbox.
So I need information on how to set it back up.
Wifi connection works.

I could not find any info myself. Maybe not the right keywords, so sorry if there already is something like this.
A link to right place will be appreciated.

I’m not sure, but maybe default config uses ethernet as WAN and blocks access from there. If you can connect over wifi, then checks what’s there (firewall).

Hello, reset this device ore connect to wireless and you can login now.
