I’m wondering what speeds people with their hands on mAP RBmAP2nD devices are seeing, and also if there are any known issues which might cause poor performance.
I see wired performance numbers listed on the product page under the “Test results column”, and I am indeed seeing expected switching speeds.
However, when using it as a wireless bridge device (using the mAP as a client to connect to a hotspot), the speed tests coming back when using the connection through the mAP are a lot slower than what I would have anticipated for a dual-chain 2.4GHz 802.11n connection, and a lot slower than what other wireless clients are able to get through the same hotspot.
I appreciate people sharing their performance numbers and experiences with these things!
