Map2nD initial configuration

So this is kind of an open question, but we’re beginning to use map2nD access points inside of our product and as such we can’t manually configure each AP and rely pretty heavily on the default configuration. However this seems to be fairly unstable, with interfaces being assigned different names and being added/not being added to bridges seemingly at random (which is a giant PITA).

I’ve been looking at using the import/export functionality to maybe help with this, where we can configure one AP on a known firmware version, export the config and import it on the others. The issue I am having here is that I am not sure what state these export scripts expect the AP to be in, or how to get them into this state. More importantly, will the state they expect even allow me to FTP the script to the AP and run it via the API in the first place, or am I barking up the wrong tree with this solution?

I would suggest to look at CAPsMAN for wireless AP management.
