Maximum Harddisk for webproxy

my active session peak is 700 users & i want to save bandwidth how much amount of hdd is needed for logs, graphs & web proxy??
if i attach 500gb sata only for web proxy it will work?? & how to attach that hdd ntfs format will do?

also is there any other way to save bandwidth?

also can user Bypass Bandwidth control for Cached objects??

also i want to disabled some URLs for Caching, can it be done?

You’ll be far better off getting squid, zero cache penalty patch and videocache script. With that many concurrent users you might want to cache only large objects ortherwise you’ll need sas drives for speed. I would use at least two drives - one for logs/system and one for cache.

can we add video cache script in mikrotik? & where i can find squid patch can you provide more info…

I’m using 160gb for MTOS & log, also planning to attach 1tb USB drive for caching, it will work?

I have 4gb ram with quad core.
