Maximum nuber of NAT rules?

What is the amount of rules can be on CCR?
In ~1300 active nat rules are big lag and slowly web browsing. When active ~700 - working good.
This is Mikrotik OS problem or CPU?

Have you try looking on the CPU graph at the routers interface

nat for 4000 adresses,couple of other rules, firewall filter…
