May be Bridge not shaping the bandwidth.!

I am running a bridge for shaping my bandwidth from 2.8. Now upgrade this from 2.51 to 3.4.
I do not found any traffic, as well I’d tested for limiting the upload n download rate, but it’s not working.

Is it a fault of version 3.4 ? The question arise to me because things are very good before the up gradation.

Have you enabled use-ip-firewall?

/interface bridge settings
set use-ip-firewall=yes
set use-ip-firewall-for-vlan=yes

This command is available only in 3.x.
