MC7304 get info while running

Hello ,
in the MC7304 I can only use channel 2 for data\info
so if the modem is running I can’t check the signal.

I can see I have 9 channels - but no matter which channel I give - it doesn’t give data
is there any way to fix this ?

I’ve got the same modem and with PPP connection there is no way without disabling internet 1st.

it is ppp serial Firmware limitation of modem.
