I get this error after going through a signup on my hotspot. Authorize.net processes the transaction and I get a receipt emailed to me. I’m unable to login with this new user. If go into the user manager on this router, I can see the user I just created. It has the username, password, unlimited time, and all zeros in the rest of the fields.
please make the support output file and email to support@mikrotik.com
also include the printout from the user manager payment menu.
Also please check if you have specified the same MD5 value in both places: in the usermanager configuration and in the authorize.net account.
