I want to update the memory of my CCR1036 to 16GB, could someone give me a memory model that works correctly for this routerboard model.

any SoDIMM RAM will do fine, basically even the ram in your laptop would work too as long as it is DDR3.
You can get ECC SODIMM if you like, you can get 16GB DDR3 SODIMMs (super expensive). The main thing to watch out for is the kind of ram you put in, you dont want value ram (kingston kvr, unbranded, unknown brands, etc). Just make sure the ram you use is at least 1333mhz (you can go higher). Corsair ram has terrible latency for DDR3, go for cruicial or g-skill.
