We have a couple of small meshes (5 Nodes) One is working fine.
Mirrored settings:
One with issue is a little odd. It operates but here are the symptoms.
Monitoring periodically drops and only returns after a reboot of the mesh portal. If logged into the mesh portal device we cannot ping the IP of a dumb AP.
Internet – 450G --MESH Portal ETH2,ETH3, ETH4, ETH5. ETH2 connections to Groove1, Groove2, Groove3 which have wireless mesh including ETH and WLAN of each device. Dumb AP on end of ETH of each Groove.
Logged into: 10.9.8.1 (450G)
Unable to ping: 10.9.8.16
Logged into: 10.9.8.78 (Groove2)
Can ping 10.9.8.16
If we login into a Groove which has ETH connection to dumb AP, we can ping 10.9.8.16.
Devices behind this are still working, its just our monitoring & ICMP not working.
10.9.8.16 appears in ARP table on 450G. Also unable to MAC Ping.
10.9.8.16 does not appear in ARP table on Groove, unless I proxy-arp, but no difference in ICMP connectivity.
Mesh Portal set to re-optimize paths.
DHCP set to add ARP for Lease.
Any assistance appreciated. All connectivity is working excluding IP connectivity to dumb AP, even though it continues to pass traffic and connect end devices.
