is there anyway that i can send a message to all (online) users on RouterOS ?
like Net Send on windows … or anything else, just like the station will be restarted during 5 minutes …

what do you mean by “users”? like customers, or logged in admin users of RouterOS?

You can do some proxy stuff, so that they get a site up and maybe need to confirm that they have read your msg…
yes, you could make a hotspot with no login requirements (hide the login form with pre-filled credentials) and just some message, then a button “continue” which will actually log in the customer and forward him to the requested site
