Metal 2SHPn POE with Cisco Switch Issue

I have a Metal 2SHPn connected to a Cisco WS-C2960S-48FPS-L switch. The device will not accept POE power from the switch and will only function with the included POE injector.

Switch Specs are:
● 48 Ethernet 10/100/1000 PoE+ ports
● 740W PoE capacity
● 2 1 Gigabit Ethernet SFP uplink ports
● Optional Cisco FlexStack stacking support
● LAN Base image

The switch is basically empty and I have tried several different ports.

Thoughts on what I can do to get this working properly?

Your switch only supports 802.3af standard PoE, while Metal 2 only support passive PoE. These two types of PoE are not compatible.
