Charger&POE works very well With another Metal2shpn
What is the solution???

It could be damaged by over voltage.
Please give back to distributor for inspection. and RMA.
I can not be traced back to the distributor because of the Other and the cost of shipping expensive

How anyone can clarify that your issue is resolved?
For some distributors its is okey, for some they need unopened and full package.
If no lights come up then it power is shorted out end certified Electrical engineer should repair it.
