Metal2SHPn on the tower problem

Dear all
I have mounted a Metal2SHPn device on the tower with 40m high. The POE device(I have used the original POE device sold by factory 24v/1A) is connected with 50m cat6 cable to the AP. My Antenna is 15dbi ALFA omnidirectional.
My problem is that changing the settings of the device (for example change the frequency) takes a long time to apply (I check this with my laptop)
But when I have tested this device in our office, the changes applied very fast.
Also the ping time(from client to AP) is not good in channel 1-13 but it is good in channel 14.
My position in testing is 50-100m long from the tower.

Any help will be appreciated

For distances more than 20m you need protected cable, like that.

and check the voltage on your routerboard. for me original poe adapter was bad..very bad. and i use ubiquti poe adapter from bullet m2

That is also too far for passive PoE. 100ft (approx 30m) is about the max for passive.

100ft max? We have plenty of runs 150+ with a good passive poe and they work fine. If your going very far don’t use the mikrotik or ubnt poe’s, get a good one

Mind clarifying that a bit?

I’ve recently used ~65m SFTP CAT6 cable on an RB411AH with a F50NPRO on it, powering it through an RB750UP and it works like charm!
