Hi, I’m using several Metal52ac installed on a high ceiling (8m) on cold storage warehouse. Only the antenna is covered with ice on -20 deg Celsius, I’m not sure if this is normal or we installed it wrong.
I can access remotely the device, ping and reconfig via ethernet but has low to no Wi-Fi signal (-89dbi), I use the included 6dbi omni antenna.
Is there a way I can test the antenna if it is still working/connected on metal52ac? Any status or diagnostic to show/look at if antenna is still working or connected properly? (Aside from physically checking the device)
