I have a slew of Mikrotiks now as I have slowly started migrating off of ubnt switches. I’m looking for a quick way to get my laptop on a switch’s mgmt port, set it to DHCP and make the management port only for ssh/web config and remove it from the rest of the switch so it doesn’t pass traffic anywhere on the rest of the switch or cause any switch loops. Maybe a script I can copy/paste into the console or maybe ssh the command to the default IP. The mgmt port just needs isolation, and to grab DHCP and be able to access the internet for downloading its firmware.
