i have configure interface that is connected to WAN.
and then interface for our Local Network.

so can i configure all other stuff with winbox to make it easy or i need now all to do manually with commands

one last question
can i use this like switch or i really need to buy new switch

I the link that i gave you i have done every thing through WINBOX so if you feel that you can do it easily from command line then its up to you…however it is more easy to o it from WINBOX.
