microtik DHCP, PPPOE and Hotspot AAA over routed network using Radius

Hi dears,
I have implemented a layer-3 network with managed switches used as DHCP-relay, currently DHCP servier is working properly but radius server can not see the DHCP clients traffic and the Radius server holds the clients online for 10 minute only. any solution ?

  1. NAS is mikrotik with DHCP server (CCR1036-12G-4S, version - 6.47 (stable))
  2. note that currently all DHCP clients are working fine with simple queue, but we wanted to integrate Radius server for billing and AAA
  3. we also try to see up PPPOE (not successful for layer-3 network) and hotspot (only get the directly connected switch mac address for all hosts and the automatic login not working)

please help

I am also looking for a AAA solution for all my static DHCP customers. did you findout anything about it?
