I thought I might pass on what we found after migrating one of our APs using 2ghz-B to Nv2.
The CPEs (clients) consist of RB411 and RB711s and wireless cards AR5413 and higher; including N series.
We followed the wiki Manual:Nv2.
However only the clients with N series wireless cards automatically migrated over.
After a lot of head scratching we solved this problem.
There is one thing that is missing from the wiki Manual:Nv2.
Under the Migrating to Nv2 section the following needs to added to the sentence
“configure all clients with wireless-protocol=Nv2-nstreme-802.11.”
Clients with 2ghz wireless cards that are not N capable configure band=2ghz-b/g.
