Hello out there, I was using RouterOS 2.8.26 for quite a long time and made a lot of configuration and pppoe users ( as i use it as a bottleneck router and pppoe server ) . I made back up of the entire system and then tried to load it to RouterOS 2.9.6 . I experienced a lot of problems with the firewall rules, pppoe secrets etc. I tried to export separate parts of the configuration for example only the pppoe secrets and i noticed some of the config variables are changed, i fixed them in the .rsc scripts but despite that there are still problems.. 
I am wondering is there any way of migrating successfully from 2.8.x to 2.9.x, because it will be hard for me to port ~600pppoe accounts on hand.

i was using 2.8.26 too , and i had a lot of firewall rules.. i’ve updated to 2.9.x and the process went Ok at all , but some firewall rules were duplicated like the rule drop&log. the 2.8 and 2.9 are not the same .
