Is it possible to migrate the graph data to a new server, I’m using mikrotik’s own graph data but I’m setting up a new server and would like not to start over from scratch. A complete backup & restore seems to not grab the graphs as well.
it is not possible to acquire graphing data from in-built tool. So you have to start from scratch.
To store graphs for longer time, or to have more detailed and reliable data, I suggest using an external monitoring program which uses SNMP for graph data. This would also solve any migration issues.
