I am using now ac lite and have already purchased ax3. Is it a good idea to make export/import to the new model or there are some hide risks?
I have many port forwards, lt2p, tri different wifi networks, custom bridges for iptv…etc
Or it is a good idea to start from scratch and to import parts of the configuration one by one?
i think is better to start from scratch, then import config section by section
maybe wireless part will need to be re-thinked from scratch because hapax uses wifiwave2 package

Use export from ac lite as guidance only.
There could be some default settings on AX devices which were not used in the past, so copy/paste might bring something wrong there.
And wifi part, very different using wifiwave2.
