We has been using OPENVPN on a linux box for years. Now, we deployed a RB750G and it seems to have OPENVPN support. Can we migrate our deployment to the mikrotik? if that’s possible, is there any how-to around?

OpenVPN UDP connections are not supported at this time.
From what others have reported on the forums, TCP tunnel performance is terrible in comparison to UDP. MikroTik recommends the use of Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol over OpenVPN in cases where an SSL VPN is needed.
