Hi everyone know how to revert back my 2116 my device not detected and not working anymore after update and keep restarting after 15minutes or more. lan ports still have lighting when lan cable connected. any have experience this issue and how to solve it? thank you.

Netinstall the previous version of RouterOS and
reload the backup you have done and saved on another support.
Done testing netinstall but cannot detect my 2116..

CCR2116-12G-4S+ ?
Netinstall is usually tricky, are you sure-sure that you have a working setup for netinstall?
You sure you attempted it on the MGMT/Boot port that should be ether13 (the one below the console) on the CCR2116?
Yes.. I used port13 eth/boot port
Ideally you should test the netinstall setup with another (working) device or try the "surely working" ( but a tadbit complex ) "virtual" approach:
