Mikrotik 2Ghz PTP Speed Question

I just successfully made my first Point-to-Point Setup with 2 Mikrotik SXT-Lite2 Devices.
The Distance is only around 250m which are Bridged. Signal Strength is arount -40db.

The AP is configured as Bridge, and the Station as Station-Bridge, and with the Bandwidth Test from the Mikrotik Panel I only get around 20-25Mbps.
The Devices are configured to B/G/N Speed.
What could I do to increase Bandwidth Speed, which Protocol would be best to use.
The Setup has been made in a small Village, so there are not so many Ap’s in the 2ghz frequency.

As far as I understand, the SXT-Lite2 is a N-capable Device, with Speeds up to 150Mbps,
so my first Guess was that I should be able to gain around 100 - 120Mbps out of the PTP Tunnel.

Any help or Advice appreciated.

Try testing UDP as TCP bandwidth test utility uses too much CPU power or try testing through the wireless link.

the test has been made using UDP.
So, should I usually get a better throughput than my 20-25 Mbps?

Could I set any special Settings to increase Bandwidth?
Like nstreame, nv2 or wds?

you should get more than 20-30mbps
Make support output files from both ends and send them to support@mikrotik.com for inspection.
Yes, we suggest to use Nv2 wireless protocol.
