mikrotik 3.14 problem with vlan

i use mikrotik 3.14 level 6
when create 1 vlan MT not problem
but when create more than 3 vlan and user can connect to mikrotik
mikrotik hang up and not any action
keyboar lock and user disconnect.

the old version 2.9.27 not this problem.
what your openion?

I have 7 routers (3.14) with about 8-16 vlans per router - no problems, traffic upto 500-600 Mbps, 60-80 kpps

system hardware set multi-cpu=no
