MikroTik 411 AP as a router.

I was looking for a way to make a 411U AP into a router.

I would like for it to have it’s own Hotspot and DHCP server.

However, beings the wireless and ethernet port are bridged I receive my DHCP address from the main router 450G.

When the wireless and ethernet are not bridged I am unable to get out through the DGW.

Is there a way for this to be done?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

My current setup is ISP → Routerboard 450G → AP 411u.

If at all possible I would like for this solution to work. This is a relatively large network and I do not want to set up VLAN and multiple hotspots on the GW at this point in time.

Thank you!

hi
if you do not bridge ethernet and wlan toghether, you can use from DHCP RElay on RB411.
