Mikrotik and FreeBSD on the same HD

Hi all,

Can I put the Mikrotik and FreeBSD on the same HD?

I would like to have Mikrotik in my notebook to use it to analyze the spectrum and the performance of Wireless links.

I have Windows 2003 Server and Mikrotik 2.9.23 running on the same machine using Windows Virtual Server software. Works fairly well, still testing to make sure I can use it as a full functioning PPPoE server, and soon on another virtual server FreeRADIUS :slight_smile:

Oh and it was a breeze to install just drag and drop the ISO image to the virtual CDROM drive and it basically installed itself. :slight_smile:

No multi booting is possible yeah. Use VMWare or Virtual PC - it works relatively well

I didn’t think VMWare supported the wireless interfaces in the way conchalnet wants it too. If it does that would be fantastic.
