I’m havin’ some issues with some Giga Ethernet Cards(intel) or i believe it is the card problem.
Every 60 seconds ( around that ) the connections drop to 0 on both Giga Cards.
Cpu is around 1% to 5%.
Mem usage aroung 10 MB…
I’m using PPPoE to the ADSL clients.
Run out of options.
Another issue… winbox also disconnect and can’t login for a while.
Any ideia what could be?
TUrn off auto negotiation ? Check the snmp OIDs to see if you are having any CRC or other errors.
Sam
Auto negociation is off.
snmp oid on ether2 GIG intel card
IF-MIB::ifInErrors.2 = Counter32: 2762
IF-MIB::ifOutErrors.2 = Counter32: 0
there are errors on ether2
ether2 is connected to internet…
ether3 is connected to ADSL clients… it’s a 100 mbits Realtec…
IF-MIB::ifInErrors.3 = Counter32: 3
IF-MIB::ifOutErrors.3 = Counter32: 0
Could it be that the cards are sharing the same IRQ ?

MT cannot recognise my gig. DLink DGE-530T Rev.B1 card , although this card is reported to be compatible. ( http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.9/guide/driverlist )
Maybe the reason is the revision of the card.
DGE-530T Rev.A1 has Marvell 88e8003 (as i found on the internet)
DGE-530T Rev.B1 has Marvell 88e8001 (as i saw on the card)
Found here a similar problem http://contribs.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1634

yes, they changed to marvell sometime recently, and we don’t support that revision yet.
