Mikrotik and TP Link

Hello guys,
I need a little help to set up my mikrotik and TP Link TL-WR841HP
This is my network topology

Internet—mikrotik—TP Link TL-WR841HP(192.xx.xx.xx)—PC (194.xx.xx.xx)
|
PC (193.xx.xx.xx)

TP Link TL-WR841HP as a router and get ip adrress (192.xx.xx.xx) from mikrotik, i have connected eth0 to WAN port at TP Link TL-WR841HP

I cannot ping 194.xx.xx.xx from mikrotik
What should i do ?

At first, if I understood right, you have a double NAT (why do you use a tp-link?).
At second, do you have a public addresses on each computers? 193.x.x.x and 194.x.x.x aren’t local addresses.
