I recently got a few unifi outdoor ap’s, the AC version. Having used other ubnt stuff, i must say it’s quite different.
I’m needing to use the ap’s to run on mikrotik’s hotspot system, which i’ve managed to config through the guest control and activating both custom portal IP and hostname.
I’m having some issues with apple devices, mainly those running OSx, ios seems to be alright so far. They connect to the network but arent redirected to the login page. If i go onto the guests tab of the controller and “authorise” the connection it then connects the devices, but thats far from ideal.
Has anyone experienced this before? And if so, solution?
