Mikrotik and VMWARE

Hello,

I have wireless client.
I need to run Mikrotik OS on VMWARE over windows and I will use HotSpot.
is that possible to do that ?
what is DHCP server I will use use (DHCP server for Mikrotik OS or DHCP server for Access Point ) to give IP to client ?

you can do that
I’m using windows xp and vmware running 2 mikrotik routers one for load balancing and the other for hotspot
if you use hotspot the DHCP for mikrotik routers is better

can I make DHCP server on the NIC that is connected to the Access Point
At the same time I will implement hotspot on the same interface ?
