Mikrotik and Voip

We have a problem to be solved is to optimize the network for use with VoIP.

Specifically, we have SEXTANT G 5HPnD to transport point-to-point and BaseBox5 distribution point-to-multipoint (across our entire network is configured in Bridge).

Let me explain we have our network that handles several subnets according to the IP assigned to the host that allow you to do different things.
For example, we 10.0.xx a network that manages the VoIP client (typically Router VoIP) and allows using a Gateway with Cisco VC dedicated to VoIP to come out with the highest priority and with minimum guaranteed bandwidth.

The problem we found is that “passing” through the network Mikrotik is as if he lost the VoIP voice quality and the phone feels very badly with constant interruptions.
I should point out that when you lose communications clients do not lose a package in fact taking under the client does not receive any ping request timed out.

Thinking it was a problem with the VC item we did some testing with the supplier but the checks came out that side VC Voice is all ok and then from there look for the problem on the transport / distribution.
Since this our configuration we have in the statements and properly functioning for several years on the basis UBNT we did a test by adding a Base Station Rocket M5 in both distribution and hooking a UBNT CPE Client that Client Mikrotik CPE.

The result was that moving from a Base Station UBNT resolves the problem of VoIP CPE adopted irrespective of the customer side.
To understand the users themselves who called for degradation via the Base Station Mikro perfectly make calls via the Base Station UBNT despite the transport is still based on Mikrotik.
It would seem that the Base Sation UBNT imposed a kind of QOS when handling VoIP traffic and allow the same to be transported on Mikrotik correctly.
Also for the avoidance of doubt we fitted the same VoIP client directly on a switch of the transport network Mikrotik and even in that case the VoIP degrades.

We thought it was a problem with Mikrotik QOS on the network so we have set a second version that would give me the results but degrades the VoIP equal.

Who can help me? I have about 300 mikrotik cpe mounted and do not want to change mikrotik for Ubiquiti

can someone help me?
