Mikrotik and WordPress REST API ERROR

Hello!
I have RB4011. And web-site through NAT. I configured port forwarding. But on site health I can see next error:

The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds (http_request_failed)

I found information about this error - firewall on the webserver blocking 2-way communication to a host your site needs to talk with.

Can somobody help me with it?

If “site health” is monitored from inside the network, you’re probably missing functional hairpin nat, plenty of posts around the forum about that.
Doesn’t hurt to give more details and an anonymized config.
