Hello, I’m trying to download the file: http://www.wispmax.com/media/CPE_SDK.zip. But the link does not exist. Someone would have to provide this file? I’m trying to create a program using C + + Builder from Embarcadero. If anyone has any other way to access the API using this IDE MikroTik please let me know.

He can go to the bottom of the API wiki page as you suggested, but it is still the same URL and the file has been removed from their web server, as it is the same URL he printed above. 
I have searched around the website and it has been pulled. Maybe as they sell the software, they did not want to give away the API anymore? Or maybe they have been moving some files around and forgot the wiki (in a few different places) points to this file.
