Mikrotik as L2PT Client cannot connect to Windows Server 2008

Dear All

I have some issue with L2TP in my lab test .i want to use Mikrotik as L2TP/Ipsec Client and connect to L2TP/Ipsec Server running by Windows Server 2008 but no luck
I wiresharks it and see that mikrotik doesn’t send ESP traffic out of it. i tried Windows 7 as vpn client it worked.
any one have experienced this please help
any advice appreciated.

Make sure the encryption/hashing/pfs options at each end are matching.
