mikrotik bandwidth management without nat

i wanna ask whether mikrotik can be configure as only bandwidth management without have to NAT.
my topology is like this
…internet
…|
Isa Server
…|
…Mikrotik
…|
…LAN

i want to configure mikrotik only as bandwith management before lan connection goes to internet

Yes, it is possible.

I may say without any doubt that Mikrotik can act as a wonderful traffic shaper, I have replaced a very expensive bandwidth manager with Mikrotik based Server.
There are plenty of examples how you can implement different Bandwidth management solutions.

Actually, Faton, I remember a post of yours with mangle config example. It was very good. I have not seen one so good in the entire Internet but maybe I have spent only years and not decades digging into QoS. Point is: good examples are hard to find.
