I have a problem blocking this site mikrotik http://www.ugorperu.com I get the following message

Your connection to this server Has Been blocked in this server’s firewall.
You need to contact the server owner for further information.
Your IP address is 190.118.31.21 blocked
This server’s hostname is hm22.securedboxhm.com


how I can fix it, a rule or something that allows me access to this page because I get as a firewall by

this has nothing to do with your mikrotik router. the website owner has blocked you. router can’t help you overcome this.
