Just a small question - are there any rules and regulations that must be followed regarding the branding/re-branding of say the 750GL into a commercial product?

For volume customers and distributors, MikroTik offers software rebranding possibilities. Contact sales/support for more info. For rebranding of hardware - if you use your own boxes, you can call them whatever you like.
