Hi - I am observing my Cisco 3750 port is flapping and at the same time, i have observed the log in the winbox as attached
Can anyone throw somelight, what need to check at bridges end. As i have changed cable and port at other end but still the port is flapping.

I’m sorry but you are using the version from 2010-Jul-26.
I recommend to use newer version (6.27 or 5.26 at least), then problem should be fixed.

I didnt see the autoupgrade is avaliable in V4.11
Download MikroTik RouterOS 5.26 from download page,
http://www.mikrotik.com/download
Upload it to your router by FTP client, and run /system reboot.
